Update 3/28/2025: I swung by T-J's today and a big portion of the old course is now a subdivision. Every street name within is a golf term in homage to the old course. I took some photos which can be seen below.

Tee J's Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf facility located in Macomb, Michigan. The facility has both a 9-hole regulation golf course and a 9-hole par-3 golf course.
Tee J's golf opened for play in 1986.
John Ureel, the course owner, bet the farm on the facility. His judgment paid nice dividends. The land that the course is on has skyrocketed since that time and his financial future is secure.
