This 18-hole, par 72, 5390 yard golf course was built in 1966 and was designed by Les Otto. Although the course grounds remain somewhat intact, it has closed permanently according to Google Maps.

Greenbriar Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Brooklyn, Michigan. Greenbriar Golf Course first opened for play in 1966. The course was designed by Less Otto. This is a short par-72 course measuring just 5.390 yards from the back tees.
The clubhouse and barns seen today were built back in 1858 by German immigrants from Manchester Michigan. Golf began here in the 1920s. The course was converted back to farming during the Great Depression. It was converted back to a public golf course and campgrounds in 1966.. The Golf course and RV Park have gone thru several renovations, additions and improvements over the years.
The facility has classic and timeless features you just do not see anymore.The course closed in 2012, after the passing of owner Art Babian.
