Striking Lanes is a place I drive by fairly often. It shows up on the aerial photos by 1992 so it wasn't very old. From what I am reading, the Covid lockdown restrictions hurt the business badly and it was forced to close, which is a shame. The reviews were decent and the placed looked nice. As of 2022, it is the home of a church. The alley received some publicity back in the 1990's and early 2000's for offering smoke-free leagues.
From the archived web site:
Striking Lanes has been a staple in Hartland for more than 20 years. Our facility is extremely clean and up to date, with automatic bumpers for children, a new masking unit, and 40' LED screens. It is very children friendly, but offers adult, senior and singles leagues as well. Our staff is always willing to help out and the lobby area is filled with fun arcade games. The lounge is a cozy place to get a drink after or during a game. Stop by and say hello!
