This mall went up in 1971 near M-64 and Main St. in White Pine. It consisted of 2 buildings totaling 100,000 square feet. Originally there was a restaurant, cocktail lounge and bowling alley on the site. There were also 2 meeting rooms. The rear of the complex featured a view of the surrounding forest. It was owned and operated by Mrs. Marjorie Razmus and her family at that time. Mrs. Razmus and her late husband had previously operated the White Pine Inn.
The main building had 18 units for stores. Most of the outlets were local businesses. The indoor portion of the mall became a meeting place for the local community. There were gem and mineral shows among other activities. Over the years, some of the tenants moved out and at it was down to 6 left by the late 80's. In 1989, it bounced back and had new stores coming in as listed in the article below.
As of 2022, the Facebook page indicates the mall is used for flea markets and other assorted events. From the photos it looks as though many of the actual store spaces are unoccupied.
