I go through Davisburg all of the time, it is a quaint little town. In addition to the little downtown, there is Mill Pond Park and Springfield Oaks County Park.

Oakland County: first settled by, founded by and named for Cornelius Davis, from Ulster County, N.Y., in 1836; he and his two sons, John C. and James H., platted the village in 1857; John C.
