Update July 23 2022: Ron Gross of MichiganDrive-Ins.com found a grand opening article for this drive-in that indicates it was on M-171 which is now F-41 as I thought. The article states the DI was located near the old Mikado school building which I will now try to find. Asking the local area people on Facebook, it seems the DI was on the site of where the Mikado Civic Center sits now. I am using that address for reference.
In an effort to determine the exact locations of the Mikado Drive-In, I purchased a 1951 aerial photo of the Mikado area. There does not seem to be any indication of an obvious drive-in field, at least not the traditional pie-shaped design with outlines for the ramps.
