Built in 1944 by Butterfield at Willow Run, this theater was for the benefit of the thousands of workers churning out bombers by the hour. The mess hall also doubled as a theater at some point but I believe that was a separate structure. In 1955 it was converted to a church. There is a church in that general area as of 2021 but it appears the original structure has been demoed.
