I found this theater mentioned in a publication written by William J. Cummings, who has done some amazing work on the history of the Upper Peninsula. The Railroad Ave (M-95) address is an assumption based on the layout of the town. The theater goes back to 1921 and was built by Edward Vermulen. It was 100' x 50' in size and was capable of showing films, live acts, and dancing.
