Update July 4 2022: I went to Bellevue today and found out the building with the columns next to the theater structure has been demolished. What I think was the building that housed the theater is still standing albeit heavily modified.
This theatre dates backs to the 1920s as evidenced by this postcard, showing automobiles from that era and the 1927 feature "The Potters" starring W.C. Fields on the marquee. May have been known as Martin Theatre and/or Our Theatre.
