Update July 4 2022: I went out to Delton today and found out this town is Quonset Hut city. There were 3-4 structures of that style but I think I found the most likely candidate for the theater based on the structure of the facade and the house next door. See the photo comparison below for that. I also took a pic of the structure by itself for reference.
The Delton featured a Quonset hut style construction. It was operating in the 1940's or before. Eventually the venue was used for other purposes including a roller rink by 1954. That eventually closed also.
