This theater probably goes back to the 1940's or before. It was "destroyed by fire" in 1951 as per the articles below. It was apparently re-opened after that as Box Office mentions it being dismantled in 1958.

The Bryce Theatre opened in 1950. In 1958 Bryce Paulson dismantled the Bryce Theatre at Remus with the seats going to a Lansing church, this was reported by Mt. Tim Cleary of 20th-Century Fox, who was in town to see him. The theatre was located on Sheridan Street.
