General Information:

There were multiple theaters in Hartford or this theater changed names many times. I have mentions of the Heart. State, Gem, and Family. According to Cinema Treasures, this theater opened in the early-1940’s as a single screen theater seating 362. It is done in Art Moderne style. It was still operating into the 2000’s but had closed by 2005. It was demolished in 2012.
