Located on W. Washington Street, this old downtown house opened in 1914 as a single screen theatre seating 650. It was remodelled in 1940 to the plans of Chicago, IL architect Lawrence Monberg. It has been converted into a modern five screen theatre in a historic setting and still utilizes the original marquee. Last operated by Carmike, it was closed in 2012.
