Update 3/16/2025: Kevin, a site visitor, found the name of this place and it is called the Temp Ho Motel. It is on apartment finder as such. His tip allowed me to find some articles about the place in the newspaper archives. It opened in Sept 1955 as the Temp Ho and was operated by Carl Steiner at the time. It has 10 units with an office on the end.
I am not sure what name this motel operated under yet, I will eventually figure it out. It is now buried behind a tractor supply company and is probably being used as apartments or living quarters for the business. It goes back to 1957 at least but probably long before. This was back in the days when Dixie Hwy was a major route before the interstates came in. You can see from the magnified view below the sign did indicate it was a motel.
