This old motel sat at Bowes Rd and Main St in Lowell. The road alignment has completely changed since this place was open and the motel is long gone. It disappeared off of the aerial map by 1986. It is hard to make out but it appears it was there in the late 50's or early 60's. I don't know the exact name it operated under so for now I will just call it the Lowell Motel.
I found an ad from 1967 describing a 12-unit motel for sale with owners quarters. I believe it is referring to this place given the configuration of the buildings. It could be 2 buildings with 6 units each and the white structure to the right being the owner's apartment.
