The old Mac Motel probably goes back to the 1950's. I am not seeing anything operating in the address today although the 2008 street view shows a motel sign I could not make out. The motel was operated by Owen and Elda MacFarlane in the early days. The 306 address seems to be the house next to the motel building which is undoubtedly their living quarters.
