From a 1976 classified ad pertaining to this place being for sale, we learn it had an 80 seat supper club with a 6 unit motel. It featured a dining room and a 35 seat cocktail lounge with a fireplace. It could have been had for 200 grand at that time. It appears this place was active under the Aerotel name in the 60's and 70's.
The postcard indicates this place was accessible from what is now Ford Airport and Cowboy Lake. They even had space for sea planes which is awesome. The only structure I see on the lake with the requisite parking is the building I called out on the aerial photo. I approximated the address. As of 2023, it doesn't indicate there is a business there.
