The Tulip City Motel goes back to the 1950's. It was once run by Harry Ter Haar who passed away in 1966. It was also owned by Lillian Bishop who passed away in 1975. It was wiped about the 1980's or early 1990's to make way for new construction. A fun park called Craig's Cruisers sits on the lot as of 2023.
