Update 12-23-2022: The Mio Facebook folks say this place is now operating as the Pinewood Motel. I thought that too but ruled it out because it looks so different. They're the experts so I will go with it. The Pinewood is still operating as of 2022.
You will note from the post card that the gentleman paid $6.24 for his room in 1963 and $5.20 in 1962. Although there are some motels along M-33 that go back to this time, none of them look exactly like this place. I am assuming it was demolished at some point. It was run by John and Anna Pavlik.
