This place probably goes back to the 1960's. As of 2024 an oil change joint sits on the lot. This place was converted to the Blue Pointe Inn in 1987 as part of the Muer Brothers chain of restaurants. The article I found on that indicated Sheppard's had failed 5 years prior to that.
