The Saw-Bridg gets its name from being between Sawyer and Bridgman, right near Warren Dunes State Park. I found references in the newspaper archives going back to 1930. As for the location, I went with the approximate address of where I believe the restaurant was, based on the 1955 aerial photo. There are a few possibilities, but based on the size and location, I will go with it being on the same side as the entrance to Warren Dunes State Park. It appears the place was demolished sometime in the 1960's but given its age it still had over a 30-year run.
