Update 10/10/2024: From Cam: It was demolished in 2016 and the space is now the drive way for a dollar general which sits behind porkys lot. The upstairs was two apartments. There was a door at the back of the building where tenants could enter. Eventually the entire building was abandoned for unknown reasons. Never tried to lease or sell. Just rotted. Started to collapse into the street in fall 2016 so the city had to finally tear it down under emergency demolition.
Apparently this place operating as Porky's Hide-A-Way between 1983 and 1986. I am sure it had other names over the years. It was demolished sometime before 2017 and is now an empty lot. I would assume by the look it was a dive bar with living quarters upstairs?
