Jim Little: The west branch speedway I attended was just off the road from skidway just before it turned off into the road to town. The last time I could see the stands cattle were grasing on the property.
Bruce Cascadden: The old track is owned by Al and Bill Cascadden, original family members. Anyone with any info or pictures please contact Al at 989-345-1140 or email me at speedracer034@chartermi.net. Al has recently built an old "hotrod" and plans on working the old track up to run a few laps. The track is a bit overgrown but the banked turns can still be seen from the West Branch rest area on I-75 south of Rau rd. We have some old pics and newspaper clippings but would like to hear from anyone with any other information or stories. thanks
